The deep trough belt conveyor has some advantage including large capacity, long distance, less maintain and running cost, it’s suitable for high-angle(Max incline 35°) bulk continuous conveying with special profile idlers, the idler angle is about 60° which can avoid conveying material flow backwards, ensuring belt conveyor meets the requirement. The Ripple flange belt conveyor is suitable for big angle(Max, incline is 90°) and less capacity conveying condition.
Large angle belt conveyor is mainly composed of two end rollers and tightly closed on the conveyor belt. Driving the belt rotation of the drum known as the drive roller (drive roller); the other is only to change the direction of the conveyor belt called the drum to change. Driving roller driven by the motor through the reducer, the conveyor belt and drive belt to rely on the friction between the drag. Driving roller is generally installed in the discharge end, in order to increase traction, is conducive to drag.
